This data set contains the data of the submitted article "Synchronous replication initiation of multiple origins". The data was generated using simulations in python that are linked below. Experiments indicate that E. coli initiates DNA replication at multiple origins synchronously in fast growth conditions. We study by mathematical modelling under what conditions replication is initiated synchronously
